C4 star in the language of English and Chinese can work with any laptop.

So it need not IBM T30 any more.

C4 Star 2008 is the lately updated professional diagnostic equipment for Mercedes Benz cars manufactured after year 2000. It is much difference in the shape from Compact 3 and smaller in size, lighter in weight than Compact 3. C4 star can do all the works what Compact 3 does and it is the replacement of Compact 3 Star. C4 star operates based on the Windows XP system, it includes workshops information system (WIS system), the movement management system and the automatically diagnose system (the DAS system). C4 star works with original computer (COMPACT 3) via both of RS232 and 485 proctoct. Power can be supplied to original computor (COMPACT 3) via the cables. Compact 3 star can diagnose varied cars, trucks, buses of Mercedes Benz making.

2. All electric system Diagnostic; (Do not include flash code)
3. Reading out and erasing trouble code; reading the real-time data of sensor and actuator; testing the component of cars; coding and programming.
